Skoda recently introduced the Kushaq Explorer, a sleeker variant of its SUV, in India. However, it's important to note that this is simply a concept at the moment. Skoda Kushaq Explorer: Colour And Design
The Kushaq Explorer, influenced by the Kushaq Style, is showcased in matte green with striking orange accents on bumpers, grille, side cladding, and front skid plate.
It features off-road tyres, extra lighting, a tow hook, and a roof rack for an adventurous look. Completing the style are a blacked-out grille and alloy wheels.

Skoda Kushaq Explorer: New Features
The vehicle's interior will mirror the standard Kushaq layout but will sport body-coloured dash inserts for added style.
Additionally, it will boast extra features like a 360-degree camera, a head-up display, rear sun blinds, and an upgraded reverse camera with guidelines, surpassing the standard Kushaq Style model.
Skoda Kushaq Explorer: Under The Hood
The SUV will come with two petrol engine choices: a smaller 1.0-litre TSI and a larger 1.5-litre TSI. The 1.0-litre engine produces 114 bhp and 178 Nm of torque, while the 1.5-litre engine delivers 148 bhp and 250 Nm of torque. You'll have the option of a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed DSG automatic gearbox.
The Kushaq Explorer is currently being assessed for launch in the market, and it's expected to be priced between 80,000 to 100,000 rupees higher than the Kushaq Style, inclusive of all features.
Verdict
The Kushaq Explorer presents an intriguing concept, marrying sporty aesthetics with off-road capabilities. While it's disappointing that it's not yet destined for production, its features offer a tantalizing glimpse into the future of Skoda's SUV designs.
