Back in 2019, Mahindra introduced the XUV300 in the Indian market. Since then, the car has not received any major updates. It is expected that the company will soon launch a revamped version of the car that is expected to look a bit similar to its elder sibling, XUV700. This article will showcase some rendered images of the upcoming 2022 Mahindra XUV300.
These pictures have been taken from Shubhajit Dixits Instagram account. The designer has just rendered the SUV from its exterior and has showcased a mini version of XUV700. The front, rear and side profile looks quite aggressive in that shape and size.
The SUV upfront carries the same newly designed six slat grille that is there in the latest one. In the middle, there is Mahindras latest logo and the bumper looks quite similar to the existing one. The headlamps have also been redesigned with LED Daytime Running Lights and projector headlamps are also available with the current one. The image seen here also shows LED fog lamps.

The bonnet of the SUV looks much more bold and aggressive with those strong creases. The SUV from the side comes with newly designed alloy wheels and there is a strong shoulder line that is above the rear wheel which is also there in the existing one. A floating roof design along with roof rails are also seen in the rendered images.
Glancing at the rear profile of the SUV, it is equipped with newly designed LED tail lamps connected with a chrome slat. The rear bumper also seems to be updated with new reflectors and a faux skid plate. It also has a spoiler.

The designer has showcased seven colours of the updated model such as green, blue, brown, silver, silver with blue and a few other dual colour tones. The company has so far not revealed any official statement regarding the upcoming XUV300. However, at the 2020 Auto Expo, the company had showcased a sports variant of the SUV which is also not yet launched in the market.
The showcased variant was powered by a new 1.2-litre turbocharged mStallion engine that was capable of churning out 130PS of maximum power and 230 Nm of peak torque mated to a six-speed manual transmission which helps in boosting the power and torque figures a bit.
