Just recently we brought you the images of the Toyota Innova Crysta facelift and now we have confirmed news about its global debut which will happen on October 15. After its global debut, we can expect the changes to come to the Indian market soon.
With its mid-cycle facelift, Toyota plans to increase the market share of the Innova Crysta. Please note that the Innova has been the best seller MPV in its segment and continues to offer the best in class services and low cost of ownership to the buyers. It is not a premium MPV but rather a reliable one.
Sharing the details on the facelifted Crysta, then it gets tweaked front bumper design, new fog light housing and redesigned front grille. The latter also features a thick chrome strip on the three side cornering to give it a bolder look.

Like the front, the changes over to the side and rear remains minimal. It gets new alloy wheels pattern to the side while the rear profile gets LED taillights with a roof spoiler and integrated stoplight to it. Overall, the MPV looks fresh and might add to more sales.
There are no reports whether Toyota will upgrade the Crysta feature-wise. The same goes for under the hood changes as it will continue with the 2.4L diesel and 2.7L petrol engine. The former which makes as much as 148 bhp with 343 Nm of peak torque is the most popular in demand. It gets a 5-speed manual and a 6-speed auto.
