The 2022 Skoda Slavia is awaiting launch in the first half of this year. New models are expected to reach showrooms by next month.
Despite being unveiled almost two months ago, the Slavia is still awaiting official launch. New models are expected to reach showrooms by next month, and some of them have already been caught on cam in broad daylight. Below here we have compiled some screenshots of the new Slavia Skoda colors, non-camouflaged, in their production-ready form.

There were a total of three Slavias that was caught in traffic, of which, two were silver-colored, and one was in white. These colors might remind you of Kushaqs Brilliant Silver, and Candy White exterior color option. However, Skoda might give them a different nomenclature for the Slavia.
The spec sheet of Slavia has already been revealed. Mechanically, the sedan will be available with two engine options. Theres the 1.0-liter TSI engine that produces 115 hp of power, and 178 Nm of torque, and it can be had with either a 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic transmission. Then theres the 1.5-liter TSI engine that produces 156 hp, and 250 Nm of torque. This engine can be had with either a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed DSG. The 1.5-liter also comes with Active Cylinder Technology, wherein, it shuts off half of its cylinders, at cruising speeds.
In the image below, you can get a glimpse of the front row as well. Some of the highlights of this cabin include a new 20.32 cm virtual cockpit and the 25.4 cm infotainment system that supports both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The front row in the spied image here is also pre-supposedly to get ventilated seats. Theres an electric sunroof as well, but it's not panoramic.
The exterior is adorned with crystalline LED headlights with DRLs, with a wide hexagonal grille with chrome surround. The rear fascia also hets crystalline LED tail lamps with a split design, and the words SKODA stretched across the boot lid. Safety-wise, all Skoda Slavia trims will come packed with 6-airbags, and Electronic Stability Control, along with multi-collision brakes.
The Skoda Slavia will be the second launch from the marquee, as part of Volkswagens India 2.0 Project. Based on the heavily localized MQB-A0 IN platform, that also underpins the Kushaq, the Skoda Slavia sedan will replace the current-generation Rapid.
