Citroen has revealed its second car in India in September 2021. The Citroen C3 is a micro SUV that will cater to the budget market in India. The Citroen C3 is anticipated to hit the market in 2022, and the company is already testing it. Suhail Rasheed, an auto aficionado, recently caught sight of a new grey Citroen C3. The previous spy shots have shown the Citroen C3 in white.
The C3 will be a "Made in India for Indians" vehicle, according to the brand. The Citroen C3 is built on the CMP modular platform, which has been significantly localized for India, with over 90% of components supplied locally. It will compete directly with the Renault Kiger, Nissan Magnite, Tata Punch, and Maruti Suzuki Ignis, which are among the best-selling small vehicles in India.

Citroen C3 Design and Features
The C3 is 3.98 meters long, with high ground clearance and a robust bonnet that gives it a cross-hatchback appearance. It boasts a split LED headlamp design upfront, with Citroen's double-slat grille connecting the two parts. Blacked-out pillars and roof rails, as well as lift-type door handles, can be found on the side of the car along with, cladding encircling the wheel arches.

The new Citroen C3 will have a 2,540mm wheelbase, which will provide more cabin space and the most legroom in its class, particularly for rear passengers. A 10-inch floating touchscreen entertainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay will be included in the inside. A smartphone holder will be available near the screen. The C3 comes standard with a three-spoke steering wheel and a digital instrument cluster. Three USB ports, a 12V socket, and steering-mount controls are among the other features. Safety features include dual airbags, rear parking sensors, ABS, and EBD.
Citroen C3 Engine Specifications
Citroen has yet to reveal the powertrain specs, although the C3 is expected to arrive in India with a 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine. There will be a 5-speed manual and a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission option. Diesel engines will not be available.

The Citroen C3 micro SUV will be released in the coming months. Citroen will sell the car through its dealer network, La Maison flagship stores in a few select cities, and an online sales platform. In the following months, the company will also expand its dealer network.
