Upcoming Hero Karizma XMR Fron Design Details
Looking at the website, the front design of the Karizma XMR looks completely new and unique. We've not seen such a design on any of the Hero bikes until now. However, there are a few design cues that resemble the other Xtec models of Hero. The LED DRLs on it are sharp and separated via the projector LED headlight. These DRLs resemble the 'X' shape that we see on the Xtec models. This also indicates that it'll get connected features like Bluetooth phone connectivity. Also, the transparent windscreen is big in size and we hope that it'll be adjustable as well. Apart from this, we can spot that it'll get sharp LED indicators as well as telescopic front suspension.
Now, we know that the Karizma brand has been one of the iconic in the industry. With the new Karizma, Hero plans to take on the rivals as such Yamaha R15 V4 & Suzuki Gixxer SF 250. It'll get a sharp design, new connected features like a TFT colour display, etc. Also, the powertrain on it will be a completely new 210cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled unit. We suspect that this engine shall make a peak power of around 25 bhp & a peak torque of around 27 Nm. It'll be mated to a 6-speed transmission with a slipper clutch function.
Verdict
The return of the iconic Karizma brand will shake up the segment and rivals for good. We expect that Hero will make a big comeback via it on 29 August. We'll be there at the launch of new Karizma XMR and we promise to bring you the latest updates from the launch. Until then, do stay tuned to 91Wheels.
