Maruti Suzuki is gearing up to introduce the next iteration of its Dzire sedan, expected to hit the market in June. Compared to its predecessor, the upcoming model showcases subtle yet noticeable exterior updates. These include redesigned headlamps, a refreshed grille pattern, and updated bumpers, enhancing its visual appeal.
While the side profile sees minimal alterations, there's a notable elongation of trunk space at the rear. Changes extend to the back with new tail lamps and subtle tweaks, contributing to an overall refreshed look. Additionally, it will boast a single-pane sunroof and a fresh set of alloy wheels.
Inside, expect an array of features including a touchscreen infotainment system with wireless connectivity for both Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. There's also a new instrument cluster, wireless charger, cruise control, dual-tone upholstery, automatic climate control, height-adjustable driver seat, push-button start/stop, six airbags, a 360-degree camera, ISOFIX mounts for child seats, and more.
Under the hood, the Dzire will retain the 1.2-litre Z series 3-cylinder petrol engine from the new Swift, with options for both a 5-speed manual and AMT automatic transmission. The sightings of this model have been frequent, hinting at an imminent launch. Pricing is expected to start at around 7 lakh rupees, reaching up to 11 lakh rupees.

Anticipation is building for Honda's upcoming launch of the third-generation Amaze sedan, slated for release in India around the latter part of 2024, possibly coinciding with Diwali festivities. This new model will be built on the updated PF2 platform, which also serves as the foundation for the Elevate.
On the outside, expect a refreshed look with tweaks to the front grille, headlights, and bonnet, drawing inspiration from the design language of Honda's globally available City and Civic models. The rear will sport new taillights and subtle adjustments to the overall profile.
Inside, anticipated enhancements include a larger touchscreen, an updated digital cluster, automatic climate control, an electric sunroof, wireless charging, a premium sound system, ventilated front seats, a 360-degree camera, six airbags, and more. Moreover, customers can expect an expanded range of ADAS features.
Beneath the hood, it's likely to retain the current 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine, mated to either a 5-speed manual or CVT automatic transmission. As for pricing, it's estimated to fall within the range of Rs 10 to 14 lakh.
