It is currently offering discounts and benefits with the Volkswagen Virtus and Taigun. Plus, the range of these crosses the 1 lakh rupees mark.

Volkswagen Virtus June Discounts
The Honda City and Hyundai Verna's rival midsize sedan from Volkswagen, Virtus is currently having offers and discounts of up to Rs. 1.20 lakh. But it is important to note that the offers are only applicable to the MY2022 models. It is valid with the Comfortline manual and Highline manual variants.
However, for the MY2023 models, there are plenty of offers as well. You can avail of discounts up to Rs 85,000 on three variants Comforline manual, Topline manual, and Topline automatic. Volkswagen is offering discounts of up to Rs 55,000 on the BS6 Phase-2 compliant models.

Powertrain
The Volkswagen Virtus is only offered in 2 petrol engines and has no diesel mill on offer. The 1.0-litre petrol unit churns out 115 PS power with a peak torque of 178 Nm of torque. On the other hand, a 1.5 L petrol engine is good for 150 PS power with a max torque of 250 Nm.
Volkswagen Taigun June Discounts
The compact SUV from Volkswagen that directly rivals the Hyundai Creta, Taigun is on offer as well. You can get up to Rs. 65,000- Rs. 1.40 lakhs with the MY2022 models depending on your choice of variant. The Taigun Topline variant with manual transmission has the highest discount whereas the Comfortline Manual variant is offered with the lowest range of discounts.
Coming to the MY2023 models, they are also up for grabs with sizeable discounts. The Topline manual and automatic variants is having discounts of up to Rs. 85,000.
