Tata Nexon

The Tata Nexon is one of the straight rivals of Maruti Brezza in India. The Nexon is available in four broad variants- Smart, Pure, Creative and Fearless and then there are sub-variants under each trim. The Tata Nexon sub-compact SUV gets two engine options- a 1.2-litre turbo petrol and a 1.5-litre diesel unit. Except for the base variant, all other variants of the Nexon get a 6-speed manual transmission. Also, there are two automatic gearboxes on offer with the Nexon which include a 6-speed AMT and a 7-speed DCT unit.
In terms of features, the Nexon gets LED headlamps, LED daytime running lamps, Connected LED taillamps, connected car tech, dual 10.25-inch displays (one for infotainment and one as a digital driver's display), rear AC vents, automatic climate control, 360-degree camera, ventilated seats and a sunroof.
Hyundai Venue

The Kiger gets two engine options which include a 1-litre NA petrol engine and a 1-litre turbo petrol unit, generating power outputs of 72 PS/96 NM and 100 PS/160 Nm respectively. Transmission duties are handled by a 5-speed manual, 5-speed AMT or a CVT unit.

The sub-compact SUV gets 10 variants- HTE, HTE (O), HTK, HTK (O), HTK+, HTX, HTX+, GTX, GTX+ and X-Line. The Sonet also has 3 engine options- a 1.2-litre NA petrol engine, a 1-litre turbo petrol engine and a 1.5-litre diesel engine. For transmission, the Sonet has a 5-speed manual, 6-speed iMT, 7-speed DCT, 6-speed manual, 6-speed iMT and 6-speed AT unit.
