Post the festive season, India's largest car manufacturer, Maruti Suzuki has increased the prices of the popular MPV, Ertiga. Moreover, they have also discontinued some of the variants from the line-up. In this article, we share the variant-wise pricing as of November 2022.

Maruti Ertiga Variant-Wise Pricing - Petrol Variants

The top three variants get a uniform price hike of Rs 6,000. The top-spec trim, ZXI+ (5-speed MT and 6-speed AT) does not get any hike at all. Moreover, Maruti has discontinued the VXI AT and ZXI AT as well from the line-up. The 6-speed AT is available with the top-spec ZXI+ variant only.

For CNG variants too, a uniform hike of Rs 6,000 is observed. There is no revision in variants so far and both VXI(O) and ZXI(O) are equipped with factory-fitted CNG as an option. The CNG Ertiga is priced from Rs 10.50 lakh to Rs 11.60 lakh, ex-showroom, Delhi.

Verdict
The discontinuation of the automatic transmission from VXI(O) and ZXI(O) might be because of poor demand. Maruti Ertiga is a popular MPV in the Indian market and attracts huge sales every month. We believe that this recent price hike must be because of the rise in input costs.
