Manual variants now feature a discount of Rs 47,100, while the automatic version is available with Rs 52,100 off. The CNG model has a reduced benefit of Rs 37,100. While this is one of the highest-selling premium hatch in the country, if you want a Baleno, but also need to stand out, then its Toyota Twin, Glanza could be a better choice, only with a hiccup of limited service centres when compared to Maruti.
Maruti Grand Vitara
The Maruti Grand Vitara lineup has been maintained at last month's levels in terms of the discounts on offer. The strong hybrid models continue to offer benefits of Rs 1.28 lakh, while the mild-hybrid variants receive a discount of Rs 73,100 whereas the Grand Vitara CNG comes with a discount of approximately Rs 33,100. Again, want a different-looking Grand Vitara, it also gets a Toyota twin with the name Urban Cruiser Hyryder.
Maruti Fronx
Taking the segment by storm ever since it planted its foot is the Maruti Fronx, available with max. discount of up to Rs. 83,000, a bit higher than last month. Both the manual and automatic variants offer a total benefit of Rs 83,000, which includes the Rs 40,000 Fronx Velocity Edition package. The NA 1.2-litre petrol Fronx has a discount of Rs 35,000, while the 1.2-litre petrol Sigma variant benefits from Rs 32,500 off. The Delta, Delta Plus, and Delta Plus (O) variants each come with a Rs 30,000 discount. Additionally, the Fronx CNG is available with a Rs 10,000 discount across all variants. Again, its Toyota twin goes by the name of Taisor and actually offers a distinct identity on the roads.
Maruti Jimny
With the launch of Thar Roxx, the Maruti Jimny continues its stint of massive discounts breaching multiple lakh marks continuously. The Jimny now features discounts of up to Rs 2.5 lakh on the Alpha variant and Rs 1.95 lakh on the Zeta variant. The discount on the Zeta variant has increased by Rs 45,000 compared to last month. While it is only available with a 4X4 as standard, it has failed to garner the attention that it deserves even with its pretty solid off-road credentials coupled with practical features.
Maruti Ciaz
The C-segment sedan that is now starting to age and fails to breach the 1000-unit sales mark every month is the Maruti Ciaz. Discounts on the Ciaz remain unchanged from last month. All variants offer up to Rs 45,000 in total benefits, which include a cash discount of Rs 20,000 and an exchange bonus of Rs 25,000. Although the sales might not be at parity with other rivals, it is the most affordable entry into the segment with decent tech on board like automatic climate control, cruise control, mild-hybrid tech, a 7-inch infotainment touchscreen, driver seat height manual adjust, and much more.
Maruti Ignis
The Maruti Ignis is powered by a 1.2-liter K-Series petrol engine, delivering 83 hp and 113 Nm of torque, and is a premium small hatch from the brand. This month, the Maruti Ignis automatic variants receive a discount of Rs 53,100, which also applies to the Ignis Sigma MT. The Delta, Zeta, and Alpha (MT) variants come with benefits of approximately Rs 48,100.
