Tata Altroz Dark Edition Gets Two New Additions, XT And XZ+ (Diesel) Trims

Tata has added two new trims to the Altroz Dark edition range to commemorate the second anniversary of the Tata Altroz. The Dark edition has been expanded with the addition of XT and XZ+ (diesel) trims. The car has received an overwhelmingly positive response since its launch (dark editions) in July 2021. The goal of this expansion is to grow the company's customer base while also delivering superior styling and popular features.

At the design and features front, the exterior and interior design of the Altroz Dark XT and XZ+ will continue the dominating character. The interior will feature premium leatherette seats, rear armrest, height-adjustable driver seat, rear headrest, front adjustable seat belts, leather-wrapped steering wheels, gear knob, and other premium amenities will be included. The dark theme exterior and interior of the new XT variant, as well as the Dark Mascot, will further underline the bold and luxury appeal of the mid variants. In addition to the aforementioned upgrades, the top-of-the-line XZ+ model will now be available with new safety systems such as Brake Sway Control and iTPMS (Tyre Pressure Monitoring System) to make the car more appealing and safe.

Tata Altroz Dark Edition Interior

The Altroz is Tatas first vehicle with ALFA (Agile Light Flexible Advanced) architecture. The premium hatchback comes with a load of safety and tech features. The Altroz is laden with features and comes in six variants with 1.2L Revotron Petrol, 1.2L i-Turbo Petrol, and 1.5L diesel engine.

The Altroz Dark XT will be available for booking at authorised Tata Motors dealerships at an introductory price of INR 7.96 lakhs (ex-showroom Delhi).

According to Mr. Rajan Amba, Vice President, Sales, Marketing and Customer Care, Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Ltd. The ALTROZ has created its own mark in the premium hatchback market with more than 1.2 lakh happy owners. With over 20% market share (YTD) in its segment, it has been very popular amongst customers. The addition of the #DARK to its portfolio last year further enhanced its style quotient. The ALTROZ offers true international standards of safety, design, and performance and has played an important role in enhancing our New Forever range.
