Earlier this year, the second-gen Toyota Fortuner received a mid-cycle facelift in the Indian market. The refreshed T-Fort has even been available in a top-spec Legender trim that carries a slightly sportier look and even some additional features. However, Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) chose to offer only a 4x2 drivetrain on the fully-loaded version. Now, though, the carmaker has introduced the 4x4 version at an ex-showroom price of Rs 42.33 lakh. Bookings are underway and can be made at any authorized TKM dealership across the country.

Toyota Fortuner Legender 4x4 Specs & Features
Akin to the 2WD version, the 4WD model is available only in a single dual-tone colour option that offers Pearl White as the base paint along with a black roof. Powering the Toyota Fortuner Legender 4x4 is a BS6-compliant 2.8-litre oil-burner that outputs a maximum of 204 PS and 500 Nm. The only transmission option on offer is that of a 6-speed torque-converter automatic transmission.
The equipment on offer includes a high-quality 11-speaker JBL audio unit, touchscreen infotainment that supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, ABS with EBD, Vehicle Stability Control, Front and Rear Locking DIfferentials, Seven Airbags, Traction Control, Ambient Lighting, Wireless smartphone charger and Black and downhill control assist.
