Hyundai Creta EV - Design, Range, Launch Timeline
The fact is not hidden that Hyundai is developing an electric Creta. The test mules have already been spied on multiple times. In fact, a test car was recently spotted in India that showed the new dashboard design. Now, the latest spy shots have come from South Korea. While the test car is heavily camouflaged, the photos reveal new design details. It'll get twin C-shaped LED DRLs and a different overall shape of the front end. The Creta facelift is also bound to debut early next year but it'll get a different design. Also, the interiors of both models will be different with new design elements.
We saw the dashboard design of the Indian test mule; it had a completely new set-up that we'd never seen on a Hyundai. Additionally, the gear lever position was similar to the Ioniq 5 on the test mule. More details about the design will be revealed as we approach its debut timeline. As per the online reports, the Creta EV is bound to debut by the end of 2024. Hence, we can only imagine it coming to India by mid-2025. Till then, its upcoming rival, i.e. Maruti eVX will also debut in India. Therefore, the competition is also pacing up.

The boom of EV segment in India has pushed the bigger brands on developing new models. Hyundai's upcoming electric Creta is one such fine example.
