Maruti Swift is one of the popular hatchbacks in the country and is loved by all age groups. Just recently, Maruti discontinued the diesel avatar but that didn't stop its sales and the 1.2L petrol sells like hotcakes. Well, today we are not sharing the sales numbers but how easily the Maruti Swift can be modified.
Today we have a base version of the Maruti Swift which has been converted into the top model and not only that, the hatchback has been wrapped and modified to look just like the RS version. For those who don't know then the RS is a much sporty version of the Swift which is sold globally.
Sharing details on the wrap then it has been done by Wrapaholix and costs Rs 25,000. For sedans, they charge Rs 28,000 and for SUVs, the cost sticks to Rs 30,000. Now, coming back to this wrap then it is a glossy yellow which is from Avery Dennison. This is one of the best wraps according to the buyer and even after a year if you want to remove this, you can easily peel it off yourself without damaging the original paint. Mind you, the original shade of this Swift is Pearl Arctic White.

This is a three-layer wrap which is a much better version than the 2 layers as it protects the gloss and maintains the balance of right colour. From the video, you will notice that the Swift not only gets a dual-tone shade but rather a triple shade.
Right from the bonnet to front and rear bumper and including the door, all receive glossy black yellow wrap. The roof and the aftermarket spoiler receives gloss black treatment which further enhances the look of the Swift. At the rear, both the Maruti Suzuki and Swift badging have been removed and only the Suzuki logo is placed. That too has been painted to gloss black shade.
This modified Maruti Swift also sees carbon fibre wrap and dips for some of the units. Like the wing mirrors, rear door handles get the dip treatment while the pillar gets wrapped. The owner also says that like the RS, the fenders too will be changed. The whole wrapping makes this Swift a head-turner and looks good.
Coming to the list of modifications then from the exterior this one gets an aftermarket LED headlight design which Maruti provides. It also gets IPH projector fog lights to enhance the illumination at night. This modified Swift now sits on 16-inch wheels with dimension 205/50 R16.
