Maruti Suzuki Baleno: Price Adjustment
Now, let's talk about the price hike of the baleno. Maruti Suzuki has made some adjustments, with a standard increase of Rs. 5,000 for all variants, excluding the automatic models. This means that whether you opt for the manual or CNG-powered trims, the price has been adjusted by Rs. 5,000.
For those interested in the manual variants, the starting price is Rs. 6.66 lakh. If you prefer the convenience of an automatic transmission, the range begins at Rs. 6.93 lakh. On the other hand, if you're considering the eco-friendly CNG option, the starting price is Rs. 8.40 lakh. Keep in mind that these prices are exclusive of any additional charges and are applicable at the showroom.

The Baleno comes with a 1.2-litre NA petrol engine paired with either a five-speed manual or an AMT unit. This engine can deliver 89.7 PS and 113 Nm of peak torque, and it even has an idle-start/stop feature. If you opt for the CNG version, the same engine produces 77.5 PS and 98.5 Nm, and it's available exclusively with a 5-speed manual.
Interestingly, the Delta and Zeta variants offer a company-fitted CNG kit option with a manual gearbox. In terms of dimensions, the Baleno is 3990 mm in length, 1745 mm in width, and 1500 mm in height when unladen. It has a wheelbase of 2520 mm and can comfortably seat five people. The boot space is 318 litres, and the overall design is both sleek and practical.
