The strong hybrid variants of the Urban Cruiser Hyryder have seen a Rs 50,000 price rise from Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) India. Now, the Hyryder strong hybrid models have an entry price of Rs. 15.61 lakh and a top price of Rs 19.49 (ex-showroom). The smart hybrid variant is still being sold for the same price, while the brand has only raised the prices of the strong hybrid variant. S, G, and V are the three different versions of the strong hybrid variant. No changes are made to the vehicle's characteristics or appearance as a result of the price increase.

Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder Hybrid Price - New Vs Old
The brand has given a uniform hike of Rs 50,000 to all the variants. Here's variant wise pricing of the Urban Cruiser Hybrid variants.

The Urban Cruiser Hyryder strong hybrid variant comes with a 1.5-litre, TNGA petrol engine with an electric motor. The combined power of the engine and motor is 114 bhp and 141 Nm of peak torque. This engine comes mated with an e-CVT transmission. With this setup the brand claims a fuel economy of 27.97 km/l.
A head-up display, ventilated seats, a panoramic sunroof starting with the G trim, a crystal acrylic grille, wireless charging, and other technologies are included in the SUV's strong hybrid models.

Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder CNG
The brand recently introduced the Hyryder SUV with a CNG powertrain. The 1.5-liter K12C bi-fuel engine used in the CNG powertrain generates 87.8 bhp of power and 121.5 Nm of maximum torque. Only a 5-speed manual transmission is equipped with this engine. The Hyryder with CNG powertrain is claimed to have a 26.6 km/kg fuel economy. Hyryder's CNG versions come in S and G versions, with ex-showroom prices of Rs. 13.23 lakh and Rs. 15.29 lakh, respectively.
Verdict: Despite the recent price rise, the Hyryder strong hybrid variation is still less expensive than the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara strong hybrid variants because the S variant is still available. The G and V variants of the Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder hybrid are now offered at the same price as the Zeta+ and Aplha+ variants of the Grand Vitara hybrid.
