New-Gen Maruti Swift Dzire Update Details
Suzuki recently showcased the new-gen Swift globally during the Tokyo Motor Show. The new model attracted the attention of global customers. Swift happens to be an iconic model for Suzuki among major global markets. One such market is India, where this updated model is being patiently awaited. Suzuki has developed a new chassis, a new design, & even a new petrol engine for it. On the same platform will be the Swift Dzire compact sedan. The Dizre also happens to be one of the top-selling sedans in India.
Now, as per an online report (source), the new model is confirmed to have the latest features, like a single-pane sunroof. If it is so, Dizre will become the first car in its segment to offer a sunroof. Additionally, other feature updates like 6 airbags, rain-sensing wipers, wireless phone charging, etc. Also, the new 1.2-lt petrol engine is expected to offer better fuel economy than the current engine. However, the source also claims that the sunroof might only be offered on the top ZXI Plus variant. Rivals like the Hyundai Aura & Tata Tigor don't offer such features till now.

Maruti Dzire is a popular sedan that offers a great combo of comofrt, space, & fuel efficiency. With the new model aligned to debut soon, it'll take the segment competition to a new level with features like sunroof. Also, the new petrol engine & smart hybrid tech will make it even more affordable to own it. The car is expected to debut by late 2024 & its pricing will be higher by a few thousand from the current model.
