The upcoming Toyota Innova Hycross MPV's first teaser has finally been unveiled by Toyota India on its website and social media channels. The Innova Hycross will be unveiled for the Indonesian market on November 21 and for the Indian market on November 25, respectively. The upcoming Toyota vehicle is poised to set a new standard for the MPV market in the country.

Upcoming Toyota Innova Hycross
There have been numerous reports of the forthcoming Innova Hycross being tested in India and other regions. The vehicle has previously been teased by the brand in other countries, giving a preview of how it would seem. This is the company's first teaser to be made available in India.
Previous teasers and spy photos suggested that the next Innova would have a front fascia resembling an SUV. The front will have a new grille, new bumper, slim headlights, big air dams, fog lamps, and fake skid plates. The next Innova's chassis will also be modified to make the vehicle lighter, and it now sports a monocoque structure. The ladder-on-frame chassis was used to build the first generation Innova.

Regarding the interior, the most recent teaser for the Innova Hycross showed the ambient lighting, panoramic sunroof, and air-conditioning vents positioned on the roof. In the Indonesian market, the Innova Hycross will be known as the Innova Zenix.
Upcoming Toyota Innova Hycross Engine Specifications
A 2.0-liter hybrid petrol engine will handle the powertrain responsibilities. It will generate about 190 bhp of power with this engine. The hybrid engine will have an e-CVT transmission option. Toyota may also retain selling the current generation Innova Crysta with the 2.4-liter diesel and 2.7-liter petrol engine in order to serve the taxi market.
Verdict: The Innova Hycross is anticipated to cost more than the Innova Crysta and will be targeted more at individual consumers than taxi fleets.
