The second annual World EV Day takes place today the 9th of September 2021. This day marks the celebration of e-mobility and its significance in the contemporary period that focuses on attaining a responsible interaction with the environment.

The degradation of natural resources and long term environmental quality has become a significant crisis that requires an expeditious solution and allegiance towards environmental protection. The Internal combustion machinery for mobility has been one of the major contributors to the crisis that is at hand. The contribution of IC vehicles to the global carbon footprint has been a major problem for many decades but not anymore.

Today, even though the crisis pertains, mankind has figured out a solution for the problem as technology has come a far way. The solution is none other than the creation of now present e-mobility and infrastructure. With this, mobility has become irrelevant to some extent in the contribution of environmental degradation, a huge relief for mankind. Thus, to support the cause and promote e-mobility, World EV Day is celebrated around the world including in our country to promote the EV space that is already on the rise.

Now if we take a closer look, electric two-wheelers and four-wheelers are being introduced at a rate of sales almost equal to IC vehicles. The main reason for the increase in EV adoption is the rising demand for fuel and the increase in its cost. Hence, EVs have become more relevant than before in the country.

At this juncture, especially since it is World EV Day, we would like to present you the top 2 electric cars and the 3 best e-scooters that are hot in the news for their exceptional performance. So do give the following a read as your support to World EV Day!
