Maruti Suzuki launched the Baleno facelift with a new 1.2-litre dual jet petrol engine and the same engine has also been launched with the Dzire. The Swift is yet to get the dual jet engine. The Maruti Baleno offers the same 1.2-litre VVT engine in base variants and with CVT gearbox but in top variants, the 1.2-litre dual jet engine is offered with the smart hybrid system. The Swift doesn't have Smart hybrid technology and it has been offered with a 5-speed manual and AMT gearbox.
