Just a few days ago, Yamaha Motor India hiked the price of the new Yamaha R15 V3 and now the FZ and the FZ-S V3 have also received a nominal price hike. Yamaha has hiked the prices of the new FZ and FZ-S V3 and thankfully not significantly. After the recent price hike, the top variant of the Yamaha FZ-S V3 as of now costs even slightly more than the new TVS Apache RTR 160 4V. So, as you have seen in the above table, the price of the Yamaha FZ and the FZ-S V3 has been hiked by just 1,000 rupees. However, the price of the top of the line Vintage Edition of the motorcycle has now reached Rs. 1,11,700 and as of now, it costs slightly more than the king of the 160cc segment, the TVS Apache RTR 160 4V. Apart from the periodic price hike, the FZ and the FZ-S V3 has not received any changes. Yamaha FZ and the FZ-S V3 are powered by a BS6 compliant 149cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled, fuel-injected engine.
