All - LED Setup

Say goodbye to the halogen or semi-LED light setup if your budget for the next car is Rs 15 lakh. As the finish and overall performance of a white light doesn't just help in night driving but also looks estatic, and if you're spending so much, then you must get this feature. There are a lot of cars which bring these lights from their mid-variants, but some only offer them in the top-of-the-line variant. Some of the examples of these vehicles are - Kia Sonet, which adds crown jewel LED headlamps with DRLs from their HTK+(O) variant, and that costs Rs 10.49 lakh ex-showroom.
Ventilated Seats

This is a highly recommended feature. Ventilated seats are a bliss in the scorching summers of North India, where temperature touches 50*C sometimes. The central AC vents just cool down the overall temperature inside, but the ventilated seats are just cherry on top. As the lower back and thighs too get to experience the cool air, which just makes the driving in such enviorment more comfortable. To add more, in summers, the sweat usually adds up in the back part, which spoils your overall attire, but here they won't because of the air coming through seats. This feature is becoming a must, and now almost every manufacturer is providing it.
Some examples of cars offering this feature under Rs 15 lakh are the Skoda Kushaq in the top Prestige variant, the Tata Nexon in the Fearless Plus PS variant, and the Kia Seltos in the HTX variant.
360 Parking Camera

The 360-degree parking camera is usually found in top-of-the-line trims, but it's a really helpful feature and should definitely be on your list. It comes in handy when parking in tight spots where the driver can't see every angle of the vehicle. Some automakers provide such a crystal-clear view that using it even for unnecessary reasons becomes fun. Another advantage of the 360-degree camera is that, for new drivers, it can be a blessing. By using it, they can develop strong driving skills over time.
Cars with this feature include the Tata Nexon (from the Creative variant), Kia Sonet (from the GTX variant), Maruti Suzuki Brezza (ZXi+), Tata Altroz (XZ+ S LUX), and Maruti Suzuki XL6 (from the Alpha variant).
Premium Sound System

A premium sound system is an anomaly, but rapidly entering every car these days. If you are confused, then let me explain - Hyundai has collaborated with Bose sound system, Tata with JBL, and now Harman/Kardon with Kia. So, from normal speakers, these provide a high-quality sound system, which transforms normal drives into a concert hall. To add more, except Invicto, no other Maruti car offers a premium sound system, and even Honda.
If your budget is somewhere around Rs 15 lakh, then we believe you should get a car with such premium sound system. So, some of the examples of it are - Hyundai i20, Tata Nexon and again Sonet.
Panaromic Sunroof

Although not a very useful feature, a panoramic sunroof opens up the interior with sunlight, then doubles the inside space and makes it a lively place. If you have kids, they will love it, but please stop them from taking their necks out as it can be extremely dangerous. Plus, several cars now offer a single-pane sunroof from their second-base trim, but that feels so, so useless as neither it brings enough light inside, nor people at rear seats can see the sky. So, choose the panoramic over it. Cars that offer this feature under Rs 15 lakh are the MG Astor, Kia Sonet, Kia Seltos, and Tata Nexon.
Digital MID

We are living through a digital age, and our lives cannot move ahead without a digital screen, so why can't your tachometer also be fully digital? As of now, barring Maruti Suzuki and Honda, almost every manufacturer has fully switched to providing a complete digital MID, and they unlock several features inside. For example, in the Tata Nexon, drivers can also put navigation on the screen and use it as the main screen to operate. Tata has gone full Audi Virtual Cockpit mode, and it works fantastically. From all the vehicle details to changing media and navigation, it's an all-in-one. So, under Rs 15 lakh, you can get a bunch of cars that come with this feature.
ADAS Level 1

The most talked-about safety feature in recent times, ADAS has become a very integral part of the automotive world, and all automakers are trying to provide the best, most responsive safety system at an economical level to make driving autonomous and safe. Although to fully experience ADAS features, one has to stretch the budget to at least Rs 22 lakh, there are still a few vehicles under Rs 15 lakh that offer this system.
Let's talk about the Honda Amaze 3rd generation, which is India's most affordable car to come with it, as its top variant ZX costs Rs 10 lakh (ex-showroom). Now, if you want a more premium sedan, check out the Honda City, which brings ADAS from the second V variant. Ex-showroom price of V is Rs 12.70 lakh ex-showroom.

Verdict
These features, I believe, should be included in your next car purchase if the budget is around Rs 15 lakh. I haven't mentioned the infotainment screen with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, as that has become a very common feature, and now automakers are offering it from the base model itself. So, if these features are present in your next purchase, then you've made a very sound choice.
