For a base model this feature list is outstanding, as 12.3 Inch infotainment screen is there and parking sensors are available on both ends. So, for people who just the base model, its a lottery as you're getting almost every basic features. But, as per the features on front the most-value-for-money variant is the third one - HTK+. Now onto why I think it is:
HTK+ (Value For Money King)

In the HTK+ variant, you get a panoramic sunroof, 16-inch crystal-cut alloy wheels, foldable mirrors, roof rails, and cloud blue dual-tone interiors with mint green accents. Most importantly, automatic gearbox options are available for the petrol engine starting from this variant. The ex-showroom price is:
- Turbo - petrol - 6MT - Rs 11.49 lakh - Mileage - 18.20 km/l
- Tubro - petrol - 7DCT - Rs 12.80 lakh - Mileage - 17.68 km/l
- Diesel - 6MT - Rs 11 lakh - Mileage - 20.75 km/l
This makes it a value-for-money king, as for just Rs 11.49 lakh (ex-showroom), you get a panoramic sunroof, 16-inch alloy wheels, and dual-tone interiors. To add more, if you opt for the 7-speed DCT gearbox, electronic parking brake with auto hold, paddle shifters, drive modes, tractional control mode, push start button, smart key, and all four-wheel disc brakes, such features are also included. So, this makes it a double bonanza on the features front.

Most importantly, the biggest advantage of the HTK+ is that Kia offers adjustable rear seats that can be both reclined and slid. The benefit of this adjustment is that the boot space can expand up to 465L. In the base and second variants, these seats remain fixed, which is why the boot space remains at 390L. For this reason alone, we at 91Wheels believe this is a blockbuster model.

At this price point, even cars above this segment like Creta, Sonet, and Grand Vitara fells dwarf and this car has the potential to eat their sales. To end, now the only reason to purchase Kia Sonet is just for its 1.2L naturally aspirated engine that offers slightly better fuel efficiency.
Features It Doesn't Get
- No ventilated seats (front/rear)
- No wireless charging pad
- Automatic climate control
- No Level 2 ADAS
- Air purifier
- 17 Inch alloy wheels
- LED headlights and tail-lights

Verdict
These reasons are why we believe the Kia Seltos HTK+ is the value-for-money king, and if you are planning to buy it, you will get a plethora of features at an acceptable price tag. As the features it offers are not even available in the top-of-the-line model of its competitors. Or even if you go with the base, there too you get a decent amount of features.
